Background fill does not follow the selected

My English is not very good, there are some questions to ask, my page has a SegmentedControl and tabview, use the SegmentedControl to control the tabview, but when I click on the Tabpage button below to switch the page, then switch back, the selected padding background of the SegmentedControl and The options are inconsistent, such as the image in the attachment, the background I filled in is the SelectionIndicatorSettings option.
