Gauge annotation not rendered properly when placing the control inside the layout.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Add Annotation to the gauge.
  2. Add the annotation and set the view as any layout with child elements. 
  3. Now the annotation rendered properly, but the layout child not shown in the UI.
