Support for custom components in the tooltip template of the HeatMap

In Heatmap, we can able to customize the tooltip text, but there is no support to display the tooltip with custom components. The support for displaying the tooltip using a custom template must be provided. 
Please find the sample which uses custom elements in the tooltip template.
