DataGrid virtualization doesn't work with paging

When DataGrid virtualization and paging is in use, and scrolling down, datagrid rows disappear. The issue is replicated in this demo: https://stackblitz.com/edit/4jyu75

Replication steps: Click the Load button, and scroll down the datagrid (e.g., click once the scroll down button).
