Exception thrown when unselect all the items in MultiSelectComboBox

When invoke SelectAll and UnSelectAll methods successively in MultiSelectComboBox, "IndexOutOfRange" exception is thrown especially from the product version 16.3.0.17-beta. In actual case, it needs to be unselected.
