Exception was thrown when adding the bar items into toolbar

When arranging the bar items in the XPToolbar control, argument exceptions was thrown in some seldom or rare conditions. For example, when we try to add the number of bar items into toolbar using an existing name, it throws an exception as the collection already has the item with same name.
