TypeError: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'isVue')

I have a project here that uses syncfusion and I need to upgrade from the version 18 to the latest version. but when I do that I see this error 

Empty


and a bunch of similar errors in other syncfusion components. In this project we have two ways of building one is a normal SPA and the other is as a Lib the SPA one works fine but the build as Lib give use this error. 

it's worth to mention that in the version 18 is working fine and we tried to upgrade to the version 19 and 20.2 both giving us this error
