Touch drag and drop not working on mobile device

Touch drag and drop actions are not working properly when using a mobile device. 


Current Behavior: On a mobile device, the tab hold, drag and drop actions do not work.


Actual Behavior: On a mobile device, tab hold with drag and drop action works.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Open in dev tool.
  2. Switch to mobile mode.
  3. Now, touch drag and drop action not performed properly.
