Restrict the time selection in the TimePicker popup on DateTimePicker component

Restrict the time selection in the DateTimePicker component, 

The suggested change does not only prevent selecting past dates but also prevents selecting past time. We requested a way to show all dates and times. The time-picker should start the range from the current time, e.g., Instead of 00:00 - 23:30, it should be 12:00: 11:30.
