Seat Selection Widget for Theater/Cinema/Concerts

I believe this is a much-needed widget, providing users with the functionalities necessary to implement and heavily customize a seat selection mechanism. I think this would be a great widget that a lot of entertainment-centric apps would use since there's no good implementation of a seat-selector widget fo flutter.

I would leave some example of this widget found on the market:

Apps using this feature need a very specific feature, related to "time" in which a "selected seat" needs to be expired so that it wouldn't stop other users from buying indefinitely.
