Improve to handle Base64 images within the editor

Currently, the Rich Text Editor delay rendering a larger image if saveFormat as Base64. We are suggesting to upload tiny images as base 64. But consider the requirement to render large images also as Base 64 without degrading performance.

Note: The image occupies large size while compare to original size.
