Changes made in Grid Edit.Dialog are not in args.Data when saving

With version 18.2.0.44, when I make changes in EditMode.Dialog of the Blazor grid and save, the data in args.Data is the same as when I entered the dialog without any of my changes. Everything in args.Data is the same as what’s in args.PreviousData even though I made changes.
