PropertyGrid should not adjust when we click on a property with a very long description

PropertyGrid should not adjust when we click on a property with a very long description


Replication procedure:

1. Run the Sample.

2. Click on option.

3. Select default parameter.

4. Select input limit

5. Select Min length.


Expected result:

Scroll bar should be visible when description text is long


Actual result:

The Description panel is increased.
