Issue on taskbar rendering with holidays

1.Run the below sample.

2.https://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/support/directtrac/general/ze/gantt-532886576

3.Resize the task 3 end date to september 7

4. Task 4 rendered on september 8 which rendered on holiday, it is incorrect.
