NuGet support in Reference Manager

As of now we are providing the Syncfusion Reference Manager support to add the Syncfusion assemblies from GAC and Installed location in the project. We have to provide the NuGet support also for this.If we have to choose the NuGet option, we have to migrate all the assembly reference to NuGet reference with the choosen version.
