Provide spellcheck support with RichTextEditor

Currently, the rich text editor component does not have built-in support to spellcheck it's content. Need to provide support for it.

Restrictions for the predefined words in the dataBase.

Example:  Having a list of the banned word like = ["today","text","good"] which should be shown with a squiggly red line when it is typed in the Rich Text Editor.
