Provide Quarters option in Calendar components

Description: Option for quarters in Calendar components. We are able to show years list, months list, days list in the same way customer asking, to show quarters list as like below
1st quarter,
2nd quarter,
3rd quarter,
4th quarter


Replication procedure:
