Map panning feature does not work when using Google Chrome "Device Mode"

Hello,

I'm using Google Chrome device mode to simulate how the web app would look like on a mobile screen. Here is the info page on device mode: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/device-mode

The problem I run in to is that the map will not respond to panning attempts when I simulate a mobile phone. The zooming still works but panning does not.

Could you please take a look?
