LocaleIdentifier always set on 1033

Hi,

The LocaleIdentifier parameter on the Pivot Table is ignored.

I attach an example of the issue: the "1040" for Italian is ignored. I have tested also with 1036 (French), as I saw in an example of yours for another platform, ASP.NET Web Forms (just to be sure to use an existing language).

I always get the English captions.
