Performance enhancement in the MultiSelect component

Performance enhancement in the MultiSelect component. 
We will consider the below issue along with this improvement 


When we bind the "bind-value" attribute to the component, then selection takes 6 to 7 seconds to close the popup. This issue is raised when we have more than 10 items in the popup.
