Document editor new file name dialog

Hello!

I'd like to suggest  improvement for document editor control:

- File name dialog

When document is created I guess it would be very useful to have built in dialog to add new document name (including toolbar menu button).. You have option to "save" and for "new", but I'd like to have simple solution out of the box for giving new name when creating new document,  that would also make easier to implement server side saving etc..
