Use of arrow annotation tool on UWP does nothing..

I do not see how to use the arrow annotation tool on UWP platform. I tried to activate it, but nothing happens.

I looked at the sample program but discovered that arrow annotation tool was not included in the custom toolbar, but some code was present to take this tool into account ?!?

Please tell me what is the problem.

On other part, I tried to test the last NuGet version (18.1.0.44), but it is catastrophic (even the Sample Pdf Viewer crashed on UWP when I try to look at the custom pdf toolbar). My apps does not display anything anymore !!! So I am coming back to the .43 version...
