VS2019 Extention generates a strange project

Hi!
I used the extension of VS 2019 to get a simple project going with selected controls: Grid, Tab, DropdownList, & Toast.
When I run the project, I do not get any errors. However, the UI is completely vanilla with no Theme or blazor touch at all. just rendering html default UI elements:
All controls are behaving like this in the generated project. I see no errors in the console of browser or VS2019
