ClearAllAnnotations does not remove all annotations on UWP plateform

The method ClearAllAnnotations seems not to remove all annotations on UWP plateform whereas it removes everthing on Android plateform. 

On UWP, Ink and text annotations seems to be removed but not the rectangle, ellipse annotations !

I just added a button on the Sample provided that call the method to test it.
