Render page number and page count added to header/footer in ExcelToPDFConverter

As per the current implementation, page number and page count added to header/footer are rendered from PDF library. So, scaling the header/footer if rendered at PDF is different from MS Excel behavior. This has to be fixed by implementing the support to render header/footer that has page number and page count in ExcelToPDFConverter.
