Need to merge imported annotations

The last functionnality added to export/import annotations to external file as fdf/xfdf format is good and I was also waited for it.

But, It is still missing something (or perhaps a simple update of current one). I need to import and merge more than one exported annotations in an open document. 

Imagine :

- user1 create an annotation on a read-obly document and export it.

- user2 is doing the same thing on another worksation.

I want to be able to import both fdf files in one document to look at all created annotations in the same document.

I tried the current importannotation: it seems that it clears current annotations before doing import...is it required ? The user can clear it by itself if he wants...
