Dashboard Layout zorder problem in panel

In dashboard layout the content flows out beyond the boundary of the panel.I simply tried to insert the cmponent FetchData.razor into a panel.

I have attached a picture

How can I prevent the content from going beyond the visibility area defined by the panel?
