Localization not applied when Culture Info specified in the MainWindow.xaml.cs

The localization was not working when the current culture is set in the MainWindow.xaml.cs, it was working only when set in App.Xaml.cs.


Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample and right click on Ribbon, context menu appears.
  2. The items are not localized.
