PivotGrid is not rendered when its report has pivot calculations alone

PivotGrid doesn’t rendered while the report holds only PivotCalculations field alone. As per the default behavior,

PivotGrid
should be displayed with grand total based on the defined calculation even when there are no fields bound to PivotRows and PivotColumns.
