Support for restricting the document with specific type of edit action


Microsoft word support following types in edit restriction

  • Filling in forms - supported in Document editor

  • Read only - supported in Document editor

  • Comments - supported in Document editor from 2022 Volume 1 release

  • Tracked changes - not supported Document editor


Custom type (Specific to DocumentEditor)

- SelectedRegionCommentOnly (User only allowed to insert comment in editable region)
