Export to PDF drops first column header

Issue: Default Exporting control will truncate the first column header when it is otherwise required.

Description: The first link was provided by our Dev team to illustrate the issue we're running into - when the "PDF Export" button is selected, the resulting PDF no longer contains the "Order ID" column header, despite containing the data column in the results of the report.

The second link is the Syncfusion demo, which exhibits the same functionality following the same workflow.
