Support for paragraph auto spacing in document editor

"DoNotUseHTMLParagraphAutoSpacing" which uses 

 fixed definition when interpreting automatic paragraph spacing defined by a value of true (or equivalent) on the beforeAutospacing and/or afterAutospacing attributes on the spacing element 


Currently document editor lacks support in parsing/serialization of this property in document.
