Improve the selected date time values in calendar

Improve the selected date-time values in the calendar.

Android: returns with the current time value along with the 

selected 
date.

UWP, iOS: returns 12am along with the selected date.

Providing 12 am (0:00)
 
value along with the 
selected 
date 
for all Xamarin platforms (Android, iOS, UWP)
