Root node is duplicated in TreeViewAdv after drag and drop the node from bottom to top

When drag and drop a node at more than 1 level from bottom to top direction, the root node is duplicated at the bottom of the TreeViewAdv. However, this issue does not occur when dropping a node at 1 level higher than the dragging node's position

Replication steps

1.Run the sample. 

2.Drag the Test5 node. 

3.Drop it on the Test3 node. 

4.Note that the Test1 node is duplicated at the bottom.
