Customizing the toolbar position at Horizontal Top or Bottom

The Toolbar is currently render horizontally below the editor content area.

Can you consider the ability to change the tool bar position as follows:

Horizontal Top

Horizontal Bottom (already done)

Vertical Left

Vertical Right


Also Include a Hide and Show button for all toolbar position.


This is a very important usability feature since phone screen can be very small.
