Horizontal Scrollbars does not get hide in AutoComplete control

Description

In AutoComplete control, the visible property of scrollbar does not get work to hide the scrollbar

Replication Procedure

1.Start the application
2.Now open the popup of AutoComplete.
3.Note there is scrollbar is enabled even on setting its visible property as false.

Expected result: The scrollbar should hide on setting its visible property.
