Chart legend is render two times while converting chart to image

when converting chart to image if series.Sorted type is x and series.valueType is category and series.SortedPoints is true, the set SortedPoints as false, here IsNeedUpdateChartLegend property sets as true, but still IsNeedUpdateChartLegend property is false, so chart legendItems don't updated which is cause of issue.
