Conversion from OpenXML DOCX to PDF is incorrect

Hi,

Conversion of dynamically generated DOCX  to PDF is incorrect. The attached DOCX was generated using 

DocumentFormat.OpenXml.Packaging.


Here is what I tried

- OpenXML DocX to SyncFusion DocX  (Incorrect Result)

- OpenXML DocX to SyncFusion PDF 

(Incorrect Result)
