Exception thrown while AddCopy the worksheet with in ParseOnDemand option

When AddCopy the worksheet in ParseOnDemand option, the copyNames create the new nameImpl based on name record, here IsDeleted property value is default change the false, So add the nameImpl to names collection key is equal, so throw the Exception. Which cause of issue.
