eBook Access Denied

Syncfusion website error

lists some premier ebooks

I tried downloading: 'Advanced UWP Part 5: Handling Operations in the Background'

which redirects to

https://s3.amazonaws.com/files2.syncfusion.com/Downloads/whitepaper/Advanced_UWP_Part_5.pdf

but it says:

I presume the rest of the ebooks have errors too.
